摘要
文章针对现有窗帘的电动化改造需求,给出了一种太阳能供电的遥控电动窗帘的设计方案。为了避免市电布线,采用太阳能给电动窗帘供电;使用步进电机驱动一对相互反向运动的相同齿轮,两个同步轮分别和齿轮同轴,通过同步带各自和另一端的同步轮带动窗帘的滑环开、关窗帘;使用遥控器和控制器分别控制窗帘开、关、停止运动。使用实物模拟装置实现了设计方案,验证了方案的可行性。
In view of the demand for electric transformation of current curtains,the design of a solar powered re?mote control electric curtain is proposed.In order to avoid wiring of the power grid,solar energy is used as the power supply for the electric curtains.A stepper motor is used to drive a pair of gears with opposite movements.The two synchronizing wheels are coaxial with the gears,and connected to the other end by a synchronous belt respectively.The curtains are connected to the synchronous belt,so the switch of the curtain will be controlled by the motor.The remote control will control the curtain opening,closing,and stopping movement.Finally,the design scheme was realized by the physical simulation device,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.
