摘要 针对传统百叶窗只具有开关功能,且无法满足变电站防雨防尘和节能降本增效的需求问题,提出了一种适用于变电站的基于STM32单片机的智能百叶窗系统,首先对百叶窗的叶片结构进行了改进,将其设计成一种具有防雨防尘功能的百叶窗;然后根据风速传感仪检测到的风速大小,决定百叶窗的开启状态,并构建以STM32单片机为核心的硬件控制系统和软件程序。通过对整个系统的研究发现,其具有风速检测和智能启停的功能,防雨、防尘、节能以及高效的优点。 Traditional shutters only have switching function, it can' t meet the needs of substation for preventing rain and dust, energy saving and reducing efficiency. In order to solve these problems, combine with STM32 micro-controller, this paper designs a smart shutter system for substations, with the functions of wind speed detection and intelligent start and stop. According to the requirement of substation, firstly, we adapts double louvers cover structure to improve the structure of shutters to prevent rain ad dust; then, this system change the state of shutters along with the speed of wind speed that detected by the anemometers sensor, and the hardware control system and software program with STM32 as the core are constructed. The study of the whole system found that the system has the advantages of rainproof, dustproof, energy saving and high efficiency.
