实时荧光PCR监测非洲猪瘟病毒

摘要 非洲猪瘟(ASF)是我国明确规定须重点防范的外来动物疫病之一,近年来非洲猪瘟(ASF)疫情从非洲、欧洲逐步扩散至亚洲地区,在俄罗斯等邻国扎根蔓延,使我国边境地区面临巨大防控压力。实验针对四川省规模场及散养户,选取51份临床及病理特征与非洲猪瘟相似的猪组织病料,采用北京世纪元亨非洲猪瘟实时荧光PCR试剂盒,持续进行区域扩大性监测,结果表明51份组织样本均为ASFV抗原阴性,四川境内暂未发现ASFV。 The African Swine Fever(ASF)is one of the most important exotic animal diseases that China has to focus on prevention.In recent years,the outbreak of African Swine Fever(ASF)has gradually spread from Africa and Europe to Asia.It has taken root in neighboring countries such as Russia,and has put enormous pressure on our border control.In this experiment,we selected 51 pigs with similar clinical and pathological features to that of African swine fever,used the the Real-time fluorescent PCR detection kit of Beijing’s Anheal,and continued the regional expansion Monitoring.The results showed that all of the 51 tissue samples were ASFV negative,and till now,no ASFV infection weredetected in Sichuan province.
