摘要
非洲猪瘟(ASF)是我国重点防范的外来动物疫病,目前我国尚无疫情发生,为防患于未然,仍需加强病原监测。本试验采用西班牙Ingenasa非洲猪瘟阻断ELISA抗体检测试剂盒对来源于四川省内的92份猪血清进行检测,结果表明92份血清样本均为ASFV抗体阴性。
African swine fever is an important exotic animal disease in China,although there is not outbreak of ASF in our country,but the situation of prevention and control is very severe. In this study,92 serum samples of pigs from Sichuan were detected by ASFV blocking ELISA antibody detection kit of Spain′ s Ingenasa. The results showed that these serum samples were negative for ASFV antibody.
