摘要
文章重点介绍了低密度聚丙烯材料在汽车内外饰领域的应用以及典型低密度聚丙烯牌号。分别从收缩率、力学性能、耐刮擦性能、成本等角度分析了低密度聚丙烯材料替代传统聚丙烯材料的可行性。结果表明,低密度聚丙烯材料可以直接替换常规聚丙烯材料,且不会带来显著的成本压力,可以达到轻量化的效果。
This article focuses on the application of low density polypropylene in automotive interior and exterior,as well as the typical low density polypropylene grades.The feasibility of replacing traditional polypropylene with low density polypropylene was analyzed respectively from the aspects of shrinkage,mechanical properties,scratch resistance and cost.The results show that low-density polypropylene material can be directly replaced by conventional polypropylene material,and will not bring significant cost,can achieve the effect of lightweight.
