摘要
根据ISO-5660,采用锥形量热仪阻燃沥青的燃烧性能,研究无机阻燃矿粉对沥青燃烧特性的影响。构建可量化分析矿粉阻燃机理的热力学模型,对比沥青燃烧反应过程中高比热容降低沥青升温速率、矿粉热解吸热、气体升温吸热和矿粉残渣吸热4种机理的阻燃权重。结果表明,4种阻燃机理中分解吸热权重最高,对阻燃效果起主要作用。热解温度低于沥青燃点的矿粉可以更为高效地延长沥青点燃时间。沥青燃烧过程中,可以分解吸热的无机阻燃矿粉可以有效降低沥青燃烧的平均热释放速率。
Cone calorimeter test was used to test the combustion characteristics of flame retardant asphalt and to investigate the in-fluence of inorganic flame-retardant fillers on asphalt combustion characteristics according to the ISO-5660.The thermodynamic model for the analysis of the flame-retardant mechanism of fillers was established.The model can estimate the contribution on the flame retardant effectquantitatively by the four mechanisms includ-ing:the high specific heat capacity to reduce the rate of asphalt heating,endothermic decomposition of fillers,heat absorption by gas heating and heat absorption by residue heating.The results in-dicated that the heat decomposition has the highest proportion among the four flame retardant mechanisms,and plays a major role in flame retardant effect.The fillers which will decompose before the ignition of asphalt can extend the ignition time of asphalt more efficiently.And the fillers which will decompose in the process of asphalt combustion can reduce the average heat release rate of as-phalt combustion more effectively.
