摘要
为了解ZR-YJLV电缆的燃烧特性,基于火焰传播量热仪(FPA)开展地铁用电缆燃烧试验,对点燃时间、热释放速率、烟气释放量、有效燃烧热、热辐射强度等火灾参数进行研究,分析研究电缆表面耐火涂料厚度以及不同热辐射的条件对电缆材料燃烧性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着外界热辐射强度升高,各个样品电缆燃烧速度越快,燃烧越充分,有毒气体生成速率越快,同一质量大小样品的烟气释放总量也相应提高,烟气危害性也越大;电缆防火涂料可以有效延长材料被点燃的时间,且防火涂料涂层越厚,点燃所需的时间越长,但材料热释峰值会提高。研究结果可为电缆的防火安全设计提供理论和技术支持。
This project is based on flame propagation calorimeter(FPA)to carry out the subway cable combustion test,the ignition time,heat release rate,smoke release,effective combustion heat,thermal radiation intensity and other fire parameters are studied.The influence of the thickness of fire-resistant coating on the cable surface and different thermal radiation conditions on the experimental parameters is analyzed.It is found that with the increased intensity of the external thermal radiation,the burning speed of each samples became fast,the burning was more fully,the formation rate of toxic gas became faster,the total amount of flue gas also increased correspondingly,and the flue gas became more harmful.The cable fire retardant coating can effectively increase the ignition time of the material,and the thicker the fire retardant coating is,the longer the ignition time is,but the thermal release peak value of the material will increase.This paper provides technical and theoretical support for cable fire safety design.
