摘要
山洪灾害分析评价工作又是一项全新的工作,涉及无资料、流域小、且上游中小型水库众多等问题的暴雨洪水的计算,目前还没有成熟的计算方法,需要结合各地的实际情况选择适宜的方法,研究并解决遇到的各种问题。本人紧密结合工作实践,对山洪灾害分析评价中暴雨洪水计算时应注意的问题进行探讨,提出了处理方法。
The mountain flood disaster analysis and evaluation is a rather new work.The calculation of the rainstorm induced flood is of no mature method,especially for the cases of little information,small watershed,and large number of upstream small reservoirs.Different methods should be adopted for different actual conditions.In this paper,various problems that should be noticed in the calculation of the rainstorm induced flood are discussed based on the practical experiences.Corresponding treatment measures are also proposed.
