摘要
信息化时代更加关注知识管理,作为重要的、极具代表性的知识密集型机构,通过引入知识管理并以此为导向构建档案管理系统,为医院管理工作提供重要的理论、技术支撑,是提升医院整体管理水平的必要举措。笔者基于以知识管理为导向构建医院档案管理系统的意义和目前存在的问题,对于如何实现构建进行总结,以期为行业提供相关借鉴。
In the information age,we pay more attention to the concern of knowledge management.As an important and highly representative knowledge-intensive organization,we introduce the knowledge management and guide the construction of the archives management system to provide important theories and technical support for hospital management,is the necessary measures to enhance the level of the overall management of the hospital.Based on the knowledge management oriented construction of hospital archives management system significance and the existing problems,the author summarizes how to implement the construction in order to provide relevant reference for the industry.
