虎杖苷对急性百草枯中毒大鼠肺损伤的干预研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察虎杖苷对百草枯中毒大鼠肺损伤的影响,探索其对百草枯中毒急性肺损伤的保护作用。方法60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、染毒组和虎杖苷干预组,每组20只。给药后测定不同时间点的肺组织湿干比、血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)的表达水平。结果染毒组和虎杖苷干预组肺湿干比、血清MDA、MPO和TNF-α、IL-6水平均高于正常对照组,血清SOD水平均低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。与染毒组比较,虎杖苷干预组肺湿干比、血清MDA、MPO和TNF-α、IL-6水平降低,SOD水平明显增高(P<0.01)。结论虎杖苷可以通过减轻炎性反应和提高抗氧化应激能力来减轻百草枯所致的急性肺损伤反应。 Objective To observe the effect of Polydatin on pulmonary injury induced by paraquat poisoning in rats,and explore its protective effect on acute lung injury induced by paraquat poisoning.Methods A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,exposure group and Polydatin intervention group,20 rats in each group.The lung wet dry ratio at different time points,serum MDA,SOD,myeloperoxidase(MPO)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were measured at different time points.Results The average lung wet dry ratio,serum MDA,MPO and TNF-alpha and IL-6 water in the infected group and the intervention group were higher than those of the normal control group,and the serum SOD level was lower than that of the normal control group(P<0.01).Compared with the exposure group,the lung wet dry ratio,serum MDA,MPO and TNF-alpha and IL-6 levels decreased,and SOD level increased significantly in the intervention group(P<0.01).Conclusion Polydatin can alleviate acute lung injury induced by Paraquat by reducing inflammatory reaction and enhancing the ability of anti oxidative stress.
