摘要
介绍了一种基于FPGA芯片的数控电箱专用检具的设计过程,该检具可针对数控电箱的光栅接收、I/O信号通信、模拟量输入输出等多项功能进行检测,以判断数控电箱装配是否达到设计要求,并指导装配电工查找数控电箱存在的故障。论述了该检具的功能、结构组成及主要模块的设计等内容。
This paper introduces the design process of a special gage for CNC electric box based on FPGA chip.The gage can detect many functions such as grating reception,I/O signal communication and analog input/output of CNC electric box.The test results can be used to determine whether the assembly of CNC control box meets the design requirements and guide the assembly electrician to find out the fault of the CNC control box.This paper mainly discusses the function of the gage,the structure and the main module design.
