摘要
为了实现齿轮传动误差的高精度测量,提出了齿轮传动误差信号处理的新架构。详细阐述了齿轮传动误差测量模型,分析了一般计数方法存在计算误差,进而提出采用高频时钟脉冲细分计数方法,提高了测量分辨率。完成了传动误差信号处理的仿真分析,最后在齿轮传动误差测量仪上进行了实验。实验结果表明该架构能够完成传动误差测量、提高了测量分辨率和测量精度。
In order to complete the high - precision measurement of the gear transmission error, a new signal processing architecture of the gear transmission error was proposed in this paper. Gear transmission error measurement model was elaborated, the calculate error in general pulse count method was analyzed, and thus high -frequency clock pulse subdivision count method which with higher measurement resolution was proposed. Transmission error signal processing simulation analysis was completed, and at last the experimental was taked in gear transmission error measurement instrument of. The experimental results show that the architecture is able to complete the measurement of transmission error with high measurement resolution and high measurement accuracy.
