This paper discusses a gear errors measuring system based on double-flank rolling test method.This system can be used to measure and analyze the gear radial composite errors.The author specifically represents the operational principles,system structure and measuring method from both aspects of hardware and software,especially in how to use IT tech to improve the measuring precision and the analysis of the data including the location and measure of the gear defects,as well as the instructions of how to correct these defects.
