摘要
本文基于静力载荷试验,对装配式预应力混凝土分体箱梁进行了模型修正及参数分析。对梁厂预制小箱梁进行静力加载试验并采集数据;利用Ansys建立小箱梁的精细化有限元模型,基于试验数据对数值模型作出优化修正;针对修正后的小箱梁进行参数分析,以选用的功能函数评价装配式预应力混凝土分体箱梁抗裂参数指标。研究结果表明:腹板厚度对于装配式预应力混凝土分体箱梁的正截面抗裂性能影响相较其它几何参数更为明显,施工过程中应予以严格控制;混凝土弹性模量在材料参数中影响效果较其它更为明显,因而混凝土的浇筑和振捣等工艺较为重要。
This research is to conduct a model modification based on static loading experiments and a parametric analysis to fabricated pre-stressed concrete detached box girder.The static experiment of box girders prefabricated by beam plant was performed;Meticulous box girder finite element models were established by ANSYS,and model modification was optimized and implemented based on experimental data;A parametric analysis of modified box girder models was conducted and parameter indexes aimed at anti-crack ability of box girders was evaluated by the selected performance function.The results show that effect of web thickness on anti-crack resistance for normal section of box girders is more obvious than other geometrical parameters,thus in demand of rigid control during construction process.Since elastic modulus of concrete plays a more important role in anti-crack resistance than other material parameters,pouring and vibrating should be paid more attention.
