摘要
对位于某一级公路的2片装配式预应力混凝土小箱梁进行了单梁试验,试验中采用了钢筋堆载的加载方式,测试了梁体的应力和挠度。试验结果表明:试验梁的刚度和承载能力满足要求;梁体刚度分配比较均匀,结构在加载过程中表现出弹性工作状态;计算理论值低估了结构的刚度,但这种低估为结构带来了安全性冗余,对结构是有利的。
This paper introduces the load testing of 2 independent precast PC box girders of a first class highway bridge. Through the testing, stress and deflection are measured with heaped load of steel reinforcement. Results indicate that, rigidi- ty and carrying capacity can reach criteria demands, girders show well elastic working conditions through the loading process ; the computation of theoretical values underestimates structural rigidity, however, this underestimation results in safety redun- dancy which is beneficial to structural safety.
