摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯为原料,采用悬浮聚合合成了不同组成的MMA/BA交联树脂.利用FTIR及XRD对其结构进行了表征,确立了产物组成与C=O及O-C红外特征吸收变化关系,且合成的树脂为无定型结构.通过测试吸油性能显示,随着共聚物中BA含量的增加,树脂的吸油倍率增大.当MMA与BA质量比为40∶60时,合成的共聚物的吸油性能最好,此时对甲苯的吸油倍率达到6.96 g·g-1,保油率达到90%以上.
The MMA/BA cross linked resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization with methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA)as monomers.The structure of the resin was characterized by FTIR and XRD.The relation of the resin composition with C=O and O-C specific infrared absorptions was confirmed,and the resin was amorphous.The results showed that the oil absorption ratio of the resin increased with the BA content of the copolymer.When the mass ratio of MMA to BA was 40:60,the oil absorption ratio of the resin was best,amounting to 6.96 g·g-1 for toluene,and the oil retention percentage was more than 90%.
