摘要
以甲基丙烯酸酯为单体,双烯化合物为交联剂,采用悬浮聚合方法合成高吸油性树脂。研究了单体结构、引发剂用量、交联剂用量及共聚单体配比对树脂性能的影响,并考察了高吸油性树脂对水面浮油的回收性能。
High oil absorption resins (OAR) of crosslinked poly(n alkyl methacrylates were synthesised by means of suspension polymerization. Based on the studies of the effects of monomer structure, amount of initiator and crosslinker as well as monomer ratio on the absorption properties of the high oil absorption resins, the new concept of effective absorption network volume is proposed, it is to say that only the blance between the absorption network volume and the amount of the absorption unites mainly from the hydrophobic side groups was reached, the resin shows the best oil absorption properties. The oil absorption ability of the resin is more than 20 (g/g) for xylyene and toluene.
