摘要
对自然水体中环境激素类化合物的分析监测是目前国内外研究热点,对于此类物质的监测,目前常用的分析技术是以气相色谱法为基础衍化出来的GC-MS和HPLC-MS方法。相关研究表明,GC-MS和HPLC-MS对绝大多数环境激素类物质均有较好的选择性、灵敏性和准确性,检出限可以达到μg/L,ng/L的范畴,能够满足现今科研和管理方面的需求。
The analysis and monitoring of environmental disrupting compounds(EDCs)in aquatic water is a hot topic nowadays.The commonly used analytical techniques are GC-MS and HPLC-MS,which are based on gas chromatography.Researches reveal that,GC-MS and HPLC-MS have good selectivity,sensitivity and accuracy for the detection of majority of EDCs.The detection limits are as low as level ofμg/L or ng/L,which can totally meet the needs of scientific research and management.
