Determination of 31 Environmental Endocrine Disrupting Pesticides in Water by Gas Chromatography

摘要 以世界野生动物基金会(WWF)研究出的31种农药类环境激素为研究对象,采用GC—ECD定量检测,GC—MS定性验证,建立了同时分析水中31种农药类环境激素的检测方法,并提出环境激素检测的质量控制措施。结果显示:液液一次萃取、液液二次萃取和固相萃取三种预处理方法中,液液二次萃取效果最好,在低浓度(0.5μg/L)下,菊酯类的回收率相对较低,在5%5~70%之间,其他目标化合物的回收率为80%~115%;方法检出限为0.001~0.4μg/L,回收率为55%~115%,RSD为2%~18%,标准工作曲线的相关系数为0.993~1.000,满足痕量检测的要求。 A new method for determination of 31 kinds of environmental endocrine disrupting pesticides in water by gas chromatography was established. These pesticides are from environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals found by the World Wildlife Fund. This method includes quantitative identification by gas chromatography with an electron capture detector and qualitative identification by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The quality control measures for determination of environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals are put forward. The results indicate that twice liquid-liquid extraction is best among various extractions. At low concentration (0.5 μg/L) , the recovery rate of pyrethroid pesticide is relatively low with a range from 55% to 70% , and the recovery rate of other object compounds is 80% to 115%. The method detection limit is 0. 001 μg/L to 0.4 μg/L, the total recovery rate is 55% to 115%, RSD is 2% to 18%, and the correlation coefficient is 0. 993 to 1. 000, meeting the trace detection requirements.
