摘要
招投标管理关系到项目的利益,是国际工程项目管理的重要手段。结合海外现场实际管理经验,阐述了项目管理过程中招标方式选取、评标方法选取、避免不平衡报价及投标时价格组成遇到的关键问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
Bidding management concerns project interests.It is also an important mean of international construction project management.Combined with oversea site management experience,bidding method selection,evaluation method selection,imbalanced bidding avoidance and major problem of price component in bidding have been elaborated and corresponding solutions have been presented.
