摘要
本文主要以维克里拍卖理论为分界线,对其之前和之后的拍卖价格理论进行综述,主要介绍维克里拍卖理论及其后的拍卖价格理论研究的重点和特点,这一块在国外文献中占据主要部分;国内已有文献则侧重于法律法规和实务操作方面的研究,从而在此文献综述的基础上进行综合性的评价并提出未来的研究方向。
This article regards Vickrey Auction Theory as a dividing line and presents a comprehensive description of the auction price theory before and after him. It introduces mainly Vickrey Auction Theory and foucs on price theory development after him. While domestic literature tends to focus on the laws and regulations and auction practice, this paper gives comprehensive remarks and points out research directions.
