平湖市水环境综合整治工程规划研究

摘要 基于现场调研与水环境模型,对平湖市污染源及水体污染成因展开深入分析。综合考虑境外来水条件及技术可行性,提出水质改善与污染负荷削减目标。根据平湖市水系水文特性和现状污染特征,提出水质改善规划措施,通过多方案情景模拟分析,对水环境综合整治工程进行科学规划,并对污染控制和水质改善效果进行定量评估。研究提供了水质模型应用新思路,可为平原河网地区水环境综合整治规划提供有益借鉴。 Pollution sources and the causes of water pollution were analyzed in Pinghu City based on field investigation and water environment modeling.Water quality improvement and pollution load reduction targets were proposed considering the inflow condition from the outside of the city and the technical feasibility.Furthermore,water quality improvement measures were suggested according to the hydrological and pollution features of the city.Comprehensive planning of water environment improvement engineering was conducted through scenario modeling and the expected effect was quantitatively evaluated with the model.New methodology of water quality model application has been adopted in the present study,which can be used for reference to comprehensive planning of water environment improvement engineering in plain river network areas.
