Establishing multiple control system for water pollution control of Chaohu Lake

摘要 在分析巢湖水污染控制的研究现状与存在问题的基础上,指出在现有的巢湖水环境污染问题研究中基础性与系统性研究不足,科技成果转化率低,关键理论与技术问题亟待解决。提出从技术基础研究、应用技术开发和建立示范工程三个层面开展研究,构建“污染源头控制、本体释磷控制、过程削减控制、末端强化控制、管理系统控制”的巢湖水污染多元控制防治体系的建议。 It was pointed out that there was lack of fundamental and systemic research in the present study on water pollution control of Chaohu Lake based on the study of problems-on water pollution control. The application efficiency of achievements was relatively low and the key problems of theory and technology should be solved. It was put forward that the research should be carded out in three aspects, i.e. the technological fundamental research, the application technique exploitation, and demonstration project establishment. A multiple control system for water pollution control of Chachu Lake should be established, including the pollution source control, the control of endogenous phosphorus release, the course reduction management, the end reinforcement control, and the management system manipulation.
