摘要
首先分析了几种关节密封形式的优缺点,然后根据卫星通信天线的使用特点说明采用O形密封圈形式的优势。接下来对比各种材料O形圈的特性,说明硅胶O形圈的独有优势,并给出了工程设计实例。通过实例分析,给出了硅胶O形圈设计时初始参数的选取方法,具有较强的工程借鉴性。
In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of several joint seal forms are analyzed.And then according to the characteristics of the satellite communication antenna,it shows the advantages of adopting the form of O-shaped seal.After comparing the characteristics of O shaped rings of various materials,the unique advantages of silicon O-ring are illustrated,and an example of engineering design is given.Through the case analysis,the selection method of initial parameters in the design of silica O-ring is give,which has strong engineering reference.
