摘要
以商洛市柞水大西沟低硅铁尾矿为主要原料,采用烧结法研制微晶玻璃。在分析低硅铁尾矿化学组成的基础上,设计微晶玻璃的主晶相及基础玻璃组成,并对制备工艺进行研究。对制得的微晶玻璃进行XRD,DSC表征分析,并对试样的抗压强度、真密度、硬度等理化性能做了测试。结果表明:以低硅铁尾矿、石英粉、生石灰、MgCO_3、硼砂为基础玻璃配方,在1400℃下熔制2h制得基础玻璃;经水淬、粉磨、压制成型,在1200℃晶化2h制得了抗压强度高达47.41MPa的微晶玻璃。XRD的测试结果表明,采用TiO_2+Zr_2O_3复合晶核剂,且质量比例为2:1时微晶玻璃晶化效果较佳,晶化后的物相为透辉石相(CaMgAl_3(SiO_3)_2),与初始主晶相设计相符。
The preparation of glass ceramics is studied with the low silicon iron tailings in Zhashui,Shangluo,as the main raw material by sintering method.Based on the analysis of chemical composition of low silicon iron tailings,the main crystal phase and the basic glass composition of glass ceramics are designed and the preparation process is discussed.The prepared glass ceramics are characterized by XRD,DSC analysis,and the physicochemical properties such as compressive strength,true density and the hardness of the specimen are tested.Results show that with the low silicon iron tailings,quartz powder,lime,MgCO3,borax as the foundational formula,the base glass is fabricated under 1400℃for 2 hours.After water quenching,grinding and compressing molding,glass ceramics are formed at 1200℃for 2 hours.Then,the compressive strength reaches up to 47.41 MPa.The XRD tests show that glass-ceramics have high crystallinity with TiO2 and Zr2O3(mass ratio of 2:1)as the composite nucleation agents,and diopside phase of CaMgAl3(SiO3)2 is observed which is consistent with the chosen main phase of glassceramics.
