摘要
为了促进钒尾矿的高附加值应用,研究了钒尾矿粉磨后的粒度分布特征,探讨了钒尾矿的易磨性,并通过XRD研究了机械力粉磨对钒尾矿粉的影响。结果表明:钒尾矿具有较好的易磨性,机械力粉磨不会改变钒尾矿的矿物组成。随着粉磨时间增加,钒尾矿粉颗粒由晶态向非晶态的转化。磨细的钒尾矿具有火山灰活性,最高可达72.3%,但是粉磨时间过长会由于团聚的出现而活性降低。
In order to promote the high value -added application of vanadium tailings, the particle size distribution of vanadium tailings of Shangluo were investigated. The grindability was discussed, and the mineral microstructure of vanadium tailings were researched by XRD. The results show that vanadium tailings have good grindability. Grinding will not change the mineral composition of vanadium tailings. With the increasing of grinding time, the particle morphology transformed from crystalline state to amorphous state. Grinding vanadium tailings have got pozzolanic property, which can achieve 72.3%. But, because of the reunion phenomenon, long grinding time will decrease the pozzolanic property.
