摘要
气动机械手广泛运用于多种工业领域,可在高温、高压及带有放射性污染性的场合运作。论述气动机械手的结构部件,设计出以三菱可编程控制器(简称PLC)和MCGS为核心的控制分拣系统,运用各型传感器和气动机械手、转料盘、传送带和推动气缸等原件,实现自动生产线对部件的分拣要求。采用三菱PLC结合MCGS控制,使系统调试维修方便、成本价格较低且运行可靠。
Pneumatic manipulators are widely used in many industrial fields,which could be operated at the occasion of high temperature,high pressure,and radioactive contamination.This paper discussed the structural parts of pneumatic manipulator,designed a control sorting system based on mitsubishi PLC(PLC)and MCGS as the core.Using all kinds of sensors and pneumatic manipulator,rotating disc,conveyor belt and driving cylinder,etc.realized automatic production line sorting requirements for parts.Mitsubishi PLC combined with MCGS control made the system debugging and maintenance convenient,the low cost price and reliable operation.
