摘要
针对目前脑卒中患者下肢肌肉痉挛检测问题,提供了一种基于肌张力传感器的痉挛检测的手段,肌张力传感器的机械结构设计为肌张力信息的传递提供一种硬件通道,通过肌肉张力变化的激励转换为痉挛特征信息,以揭示痉挛发生的临界信息.通过对肌张力传感器的标定实验和对肌张力传感器进行的实体检测实验,给出了肌张力传感器检测结果等级的划分.得出的肌张力阈值表明:该装置能实现肌肉痉挛的评定,且可信度较高.
In view of the current detection of muscle spasms in the lower extremity of stroke patients,a method for detecting spasticity based on a muscle tension sensor is provided.The mechanical structure design of the muscle tension sensor provides a hardware channel for transmitting the information of the muscle tone,which is translated to spasticity characteristics information to reveal the critical information of spasticity.The demarcation experiment and the solid test experiment are carried out to give the classification of the test results of the muscle tension sensor.The given threshold of muscle tension shows that the device can be used to evaluate the muscle spasm with high reliability.
