摘要
氯胺酮在临床上是一种高效麻醉剂,但近年来被滥用于各种娱乐场所,因此,建立一种快速、准确的氯胺酮检测方法的重要性日益凸显。对于现有的各种检测方法,都需要相应的样品前处理过程,增加了检测时间和检测复杂度,最后的检测结果一定程度上和样品前处理有着密切关系。根据现有技术的不足,使用超声雾化装置利用电子的高频振荡对样品进行雾化处理,将液体样品转化为水雾状,经过快速气相色谱分离,利用声表面波传感器的响应来检测物质。经过标准样品的检测,线性关系良好,相关系数R^2在0.948 1以上,检出限为0.1μg/m L,从样品处理到得到检测结果可在60 s内完成。本系统样品前处理简单,可在1 min内快速准确检测氯胺酮。通过标准溶液的实验,验证了本系统的可行性、可靠性和检测下限。
As a high-efficient anesthetic,ketamine has been extensively abused for entertainment over the past few years.Therefore,to establish a method for quick and accurate determination of ketamine is certainly important.For most of the existing methods,pretreatment of ketamine samples is time-consuming and complex before determination.Meanwhile,the final results would be significantly influenced by the pretreatment as well,based on which this article introduces a novel method,using an ultrasound atomizer to convert liquid samples of ketamine into aerosol form and analyzing the sample with a self-built gas chromatography-surface acoustic wave sensor.Tested with the standard ketamine samples,this system showed a good linear correlation(R 2=0.948 1),with a determination limit of 0.1μg/mL.Besides,for a single sample,the determination time was reduced to 1 minute.This system was thus proved to be feasible,reliable and accurate for ketamine determination.
