高钨钼回收料中钼含量测定

DETERMINATION OF MOLYBDENUM CONTENT IN HIGH TUNGSTEN MOLYBDENUM RECOVERY MATERIALS

摘要 对高钨钼回收料进行区分采取不同的前处理过程,应用全差示光度法排除钨对检测的干扰,从而准确测定Mo的含量。在稀硫酸介质中Mo+6被硫脲还原成Mo+5,Mo+5与硫氰酸钾溶液发生显色反应,于全差示光度计上进行检测。实验表明,采取不同的预处理方法,样品中的Mo能被很好的浸取,Mo测定范围12%~80%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)小于0.35%,样品的加标回收率在96.7%~102.2%。 Different pretreatment processes were used to distinguish high tungsten and molybdenum recovery materials,and the interference of tungsten was excluded from the detection by the total differential spectrophotometry,thus determining the content of Mo accurately.In the dilute sulfuric acid medium,Mo+6 was reduced to Mo+5 by thiourea,and the Mo+5 and potassium thiocyanate were detected in the color of the spectrophotometer.Experimental results showed Mo in the samples could be leached very well by different pretreatment methods,Mo scope of determination was 12%~80%,relative standard deviation was less than 0.35%(RSD,n=10),the standard addition recovery was 96.7%to 102.2%.
