蔬菜大棚土壤过氧化氢酶活性及与养分关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 以陕西省延安市蔬菜大棚土壤为研究对象,运用相关和通径分析,分析了土壤过氧化氢酶活性与土壤养分及pH的关系。结果表明,土壤过氧化氢酶活性变异性较小,在2.14~2.93 mL/g之间,绝大多数都高于露天对照土壤。土壤过氧化氢酶活性与pH之间呈极显著负相关,与碱解氮、速效钾和有机质之间呈极显著正相关。碱解氮和速效钾是影响大棚土壤过氧化氢酶活性的主要直接因素,起主导作用的是碱解氮。土壤过氧化氢酶活性可以作为评价碱解氮和速效钾的间接指标。 The author will take the vegetable greenhouse soil in Yan′an City of Shaanxi Province as the research object and carry out the related and path analysis to analyze the relationship between soil catalase activity,soil nutrition and pH.The results show that the soil catalase activity has the small variability,namely,between 2.14-2.93 mL/g,and most of them is higher than the outdoor control soil.There is a significantly negative correlation between soil catalase activity and pH.However,the significantly positive correlation appears between soil catalase activity and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen,rapidly available potassium&organic matters.Although alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and rapidly available potassium are deemed as the main direct factors affecting the soil catalase activity,the alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen plays the leading role.The soil catalase activity can serve as the indirect indexes to evaluate the alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and rapidly available potassium.
