摘要
目的隐匿性骨折应用64排CT与1.5T磁共振的诊断价值对照研究。方法选择本院2016年7月~2017年7月收治的64例隐匿性骨折患者,按照患者检查方式将其分成CT组和MRI组,每组32例,CT组患者检查过程中应用64排CT进行诊断,MRI组患者检查过程中应用1.5T磁共振进行诊断,对比两种诊断方式诊断效果。结果 CT组患者骨折检出率为78.13%,MRI组患者骨折检出率为96.88%,组间对比MRI组检出率明显的高于CT组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT患者在进行CT检查之后检查结果显示,单一横断面骨折患者一共有24例(75.00%),横断三维重建骨折患者则有8例(25.00%);MRI组患者在经过磁共振检查之后检查结果显示出骨折患者一共有31例(96.88%),T1W1图像则提示患者骨质存在不规则线状以及条状等低信号,T2W1、压脂序列图像则提示存在高信号。结论隐匿性骨折临床诊断过程中,应用1.5T磁共振价值高于64排CT,检出率更高,可以在临床诊断过程中优先考虑。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-slice CT and 1.5t mri for occult fracture.Methods 64 cases of occult fracture patients in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were treated,according to the way of screening patients divided into its CT and MRI group,32 cases in each group,64 row CT group of patients in the process of application of CT diagnosis,MRI are the group of patients in the process of application of 1.5 T MRI diagnosis,compared to two kinds of diagnostic methods.Results The fracture detection rate of patients with CT group was 78.13%,and the fracture detection rate of MRI group was 96.88%.The detection rate of MRI group was significantly higher than that in the CT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After CT examination,the results showed that there were 24 patients(75.00%)in a single cross-sectional fracture,and 8 cases(25.00%)in the patients with transverse fractures.MRI group of patients after MRI examination results shows a total of 31 patients with fractures(96.88%),exist in patients with T1W1 image indicates that our irregular linear and low signal such as strip T2W1,fat high signal sequence image indicates that exist.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis process of occult fracture,the value of 1.5T magnetic resonance is higher than that of 64-slice CT,and the detection rate is higher,which can be a priority in the clinical diagnosis process.
