摘要
目的探讨膀胱癌亚专业护理小组的作用,推动泌尿外科专科护理的发展。方法组建膀胱癌亚专业护理小组,系统培训组员,制定患者围手术期管理及院外随访的步骤执行单,组员按执行单内容对患者进行护理,并评价其效果。结果实施疾病护理小组后,干预组的患者满意度较对照组有提高(P<0.01),患者的术后住院天数、平均住院费用减少(P<0.05)。结论成立膀胱癌亚专业护理小组,有利于减少患者术后住院天数和平均住院费用,提高患者满意度,对泌尿外科护理进一步亚专业细化有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the role of sub professional nursing team for bladder cancer and to promote the development of specialized nursing in urology surgery.Methods Forming sub professional nursing team of bladder cancer,training system,formulate a path table during the perioperative period of hospital management and follow-up of the crew according to the routing table content on the patients care,and evaluated its effect.Results After the implementation of the disease care group,the patient satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the number of hospital stay and the average hospitalization expenses were reduced too(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of disease care unit for bladder cancer is helpful to reduce the postoperative hospital stay and the average hospitalization expense,and to improve the patient satisfaction.Guiding significance for further subprofessional refinement in department of urology nursing.
