摘要
目的针对髋关节患者在进行髋关节置换术过程中,采用全麻和腰硬联合麻醉的临床应用效果进行分析。方法选择2015年12月1日—2017年12月1日接受髋关节置换术的患者中随机挑选80例,其中40例患者采用的麻醉方法是全麻,记为对比组,剩下的40例患者采用的麻醉方法为腰硬联合麻醉,记为观察组,观察两组的麻醉起效时间、药剂用量、阻滞完全时间、麻醉效果。结果观察组患者在进行麻醉以后,麻醉用量为(12.43±2.78)mg,麻醉起效时间为(43.34±13.67)s,阻滞完全时间为(12.34±2.67)min;对比组患者在进行麻醉以后,麻醉用量(135.21±11.65)mg,麻醉起效时间为(65.2±12.33)s,阻滞完全时间为(20.15±7.63)min(t=8.837,9.835,11.038,P=0.000,0.002,0.001)。结论髋关节患者在进行髋关节置换术过程中,采用腰硬联合麻醉,具有良好的麻醉效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of general anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia for hip arthroplasty.Methods From December 1,2015 to December 1,2017,80 cases who underwent hip replacement were randomly selected,40 patients with general anesthesia were recorded as contrast group,and the remaining 40 patients with lumbar epidural anesthesia were recorded as observation group,the onset time of anesthesia,the dosage of reagent,prevent complete time,anesthetic effect was compared.Results The anaesthesia dosage in observation group was(12.43±2.78)mg,the onset time of anesthesia was(43.34±13.67)s,prevent complete time was(12.34±2.67)min;the contrast group were(135.21±11.65)mg,(65.2±12.33)s,(20.15±7.63)min respectively.t=8.837,9.835,11.038,P=0.000,0.002,0.001.Conclusion In hip arthroplasty,the combination of lumbar and hard anesthesia has good anesthetic effect in the process of hip replacement.
