摘要
目的对比全麻和腰硬联合麻醉用于髋关节置换术的临床效果。方法随机将70例髋关节置换术患者分成两组,35例对照组患者选择全身麻醉,35例实验组患者选择腰硬联合麻醉。结果在麻醉药用量、完全阻滞时间、起效时间方面,实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在髋关节置换术中,应用腰硬联合麻醉的临床效果更加显著。
Objective To compare general and waist hard joint anesthesia used in the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty.Methods 70 hip replacement patients were divide into two groups,35 cases of control group in patients with general anesthesia choice,35 cases of experimental group patients choose waist hard joint anesthesia.Results The drug consumption,completely block time,work time,the experimental group were significantly better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in hip replacement surgery is more significant.
