摘要
目的观察头电针联合多巴丝肼治疗帕金森病肌强直症状的疗效。方法将本院2017年1月—2018年1月神经科住院及门诊纳入标准的60例帕金森患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组仅给予多巴丝肼治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用电针治疗,多巴丝肼每日口服3次(餐前),连续治疗6周,电针每周5次,6周治疗共30次。利用帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)对疗效进行评分。结果治疗组治疗后UPDRS运动评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头电针联合多巴丝肼治疗帕金森病疗效肯定,且无副作用,其是治疗帕金森病的安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the thereapeutic effect of scalp electroacupuncture combined with benserazide on parkinson's disease symptoms of myotonia.Methods A total of 60 patients with parkinson admitted to our hospital,from January 2017 to January 2018,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was only given benserazide treatment,the treatment group wan given acupuncture treatment,3 times daily oral levodopa and benserazide(prandial),continuous treatment for 6 weeks,at 5 times a week,6 weeks for a total of 30 times.The motor function of united parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS)were used to for assessment before and after the therapeutic course(6 weeks).Results After treatment,the score of UPDRS exercise in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp electroacupuncture combined with benserazide is effective and safe for therapy of parkinson's disease.
