摘要
建立了酿酒用原料样品中343种农药残留的气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用仪快速定性筛查方法。方法中样品经乙腈提取后,用填有5 mg多壁碳纳米管、15 mg PSA、15 mg C_(18)和150 mg无水硫酸镁的IC小柱进行净化;再结合GC/QQQ的MRM模式检测分析。该方法适用于酿酒用原辅料样品中多种农药残留的快速定性筛查分析以及相关食品安全方面的风险监测研究。
The method for rapid screening of 343 kinds of pesticide residues in liquor-making raw materials by GC-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry had been developed.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then purified by SPE(5 mg multi-walled carbon nanotubes,15 mg PSA,15 mg C18 and 150 mg anhydrous magnesium sulfate),and finally determined by GC-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry with MRM mode.Such method was suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in liquor-making raw materials and risk monitoring in food safety.
