摘要 目的:建立蔬菜膳食样品中97种农药残留的气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用测定分析方法。方法样品经乙腈提取后,用离线GPC和SPE净化,浓缩适宜倍数后,用GC-MS/MS进行测定。结果该方法的平均回收率为54.3%~128.7%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~24.3%,方法检测限为0.07~0.31μg/kg,方法定量限为1.0μg/kg。结论该方法适用于蔬菜膳食样品中多种农药残留的分析以及相关膳食人体健康的风险监测研究。 Objective To establish a method for determination of 97 pesticide residues in vegetarian diet. Methods Samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then purified by GPC and SPE, and finally determined using gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Results The method was well validated with recoveries between 54.3%and 128.7%and RSDs less than 24.3%. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.07~0.31 μg/kg, and the limits of quantitation (LOQ) were 1.0 μg/kg for all target analytes. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in vegetarian diets.
