摘要
目的探讨早期综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖控制的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2017年10月我院160例GDM患者为研究对象,并根据入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组80例,对照组患者实施传统的临床护理,研究组患者在此基础上实施早期综合护理干预,比较两组患者干预前、后血糖控制情况,妊娠结局及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组患者FBG、2 h PG及睡前血糖较干预前均明显下降,且研究组显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者剖宫产及新生儿并发症的发生率均显著低于对照组,护理满意率显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论早期综合护理干预有助于控制患者的血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,提高护理质量,在GDM患者护理中具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 160 patients with GDM were selected from January 2017 to October 2017 in our hospital as the subject.They were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional clinical nursing,while the study group was given early comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control before and after intervention,pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the FBG,2 h PG and bedtime blood glucose of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and those of the study group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of cesarean section maternal and neonatal complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the satisfaction rate of nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing intervention is conducive to control blood glucose level,improve pregnancy outcome and improve the quality of nursing in patients.It has important application value in the nursing of pregnant women with GDM.
