摘要
目的 探究早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩认知水平的影响。方法 选择2020年5月—2021年3月莆田学院附属医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者108例为研究对象,按照具体就诊时间先后分组,每组54例,采用常规护理的作为常规组,应用早期护理干预的作为干预组,然后从孕妇知识掌握情况、血糖指标和妊娠结局几方面对比两种模式下的护理效果。结果 干预前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经干预后,干预组空腹血糖为(5.27±0.34)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(8.55±0.81)mmol/L,明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组知识掌握情况方面达标率为94.44%,明显优于常规组,干预组妊娠结局明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期护理干预临床实效性强,能够更好地促进孕妇及家属掌握相关知识,把控血糖管理,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on the cognitive level of delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods From May 2020 to March 2021, 108 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian College were selected as the study subjects. 54 patients in each group according to the specific time of consultation. The patients receiving routine nursing care were treated as routine group, and the patients receiving early nursing intervention were treated as intervention group. Then we compared the nursing effects under the two modes in terms of maternal knowledge, blood glucose index and pregnancy outcome.Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the fasting blood glucose was(5.27±0.34)mmol/L, and that of the 2 h postprandial blood glucose was(8.55±0.81) mmol/L of the intervention group, which was significantly lower than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of knowledge attainment rate of the intervention group was 94.44%, which was significantly better than the conventional group, and the pregnancy outcome of the intervention group was significantly better than the conventional group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early care intervention is clinically effective and can better promote pregnant women and their families to grasp the relevant knowledge, control blood glucose management and improve pregnancy outcome.
