摘要
目的观察帕金森病患者同时伴发自主神经功能障碍与运动症状/非运动症状的相关性。方法方便选择2015年1月—2016年6月就诊于该院神经内科90例帕金森症患者为研究对象,均评估患者自主神经功能,同时评测运动症状/非运动症状相关评分,对所有数据统计后与SCOPA-AUT评分评价其有无存在相关性。结果该组患者SCOPAAUT评分与患者发病年龄、病程、H-Y分期呈正相关性;在MoSA中,帕金森症轻度认知障碍者(PD-MCI)SCOPAAUT评分(38.0±7.9)分、帕金森症痴呆者(PDD)(38.8±8.6)分,均明显高出未出现认知障碍患者(PD-NCI)(34.5±7.1)分(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者伴有较高自主神经功能障碍表现,这与患者发病年龄、病程、认知状态等非运动症状正相关,对患者日常生活质量与患者身体健康带来严重影响。
Objective To observe the correlation between the patients with Parkinson's diseases with autonomic dysfunction and motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms.Methods 90 cases of patients with Parkinson's diseases in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were commodiously selected as the research objects and the autonomic function was evaluated,at the same time,the correlation scores of motor symptoms/non-motor symptoms were evaluated,and whether the correlation existed or not was evaluated by the SCOPA-AUT score after the statistics.Results The SCOPA-AUT score had a positive correlation with the age,disease course,and H-Y stage,and the SCOPA-AUT score of PD-MCI patients,PDD patients were obviously higher than that of PD-NCI patients,[(38.0±7.9)points,(38.8±8.6)points vs(34.5±7.1)points](P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with Parkinson's diseases with higher autonomic dysfunction has a positive correlation with the onset age,disease course and cognitive state,which brings a serious effect on the daily quality of life and physical health of patients.
