摘要
目的总结分析老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者应用内分泌综合治疗的临床疗效。方法该研究方便选取该院2016年4月—2017年5月期间收治的80例老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者,依据随机分配原则将患者分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组患者按照常规方法治疗,观察组使用内分泌综合治疗方法,回顾分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果、VAS评分以及骨密度等相关参数。结果观察组以87.5%的治疗总有效率高于对照组70.0%的治疗总有效率;在VAS评分方面,观察组以(2.72±1.03)分低于对照组(5.31±1.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外在不同部位的骨密度参数指标方面,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者采用内分泌综合治疗,临床效果显著,可有效降低患者的疼痛度,增加骨密度,值得推广应用。
Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical curative effect of endocrine general therapy of senile endocrine dyscrasia osteoporosis.Methods 80 cases of senile patients with endocrine dyscrasia osteoporosis admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine method,while the observation group applied the endocrine general therapy,and the clinical effect,VAS score and bone density were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(87.5%vs 70.0%),and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[(2.72±1.03)points vs(5.31±1.58)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),besids,the bone density indicators of differnet sites in the observation group were better than those in the cotnrol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of endocrine general therapy of senile endocrine dyscrasia osteoporosis is obvious,which can effectively decrease the pains of patients and increase the bone density,and it is worth promotion and application.
