摘要
目的探讨肱尺关节分离技术应用于上肢骨折后肘关节功能障碍治疗中的临床疗效。方法该次研究采取抽签模式将2012年3月—2015年3月于该院收治的上肢骨折后肘关节功能障碍患者中随机抽选出62例作为研究对象,将其根据入院时间的差异性平均分成观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)来进行讨论。其中,对照组采取传统关节松动术联合被动牵伸技术作为患者治疗方案,观察组采取肱尺关节分离技术联合主动功能锻炼作为患者治疗方案,比较两组患者的治疗效率、ROM(关节活动度)及HSS(关节功能评分)。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率较对照组高(93.35%>67.74%);观察组治疗后ROM度数(113.42±24.26)°及HSS评分(49.62±9.25)分结果均优于对照组对应值(P<0.05)。结论针对上肢骨折后肘关节功能障碍患者采取肱尺关节分离技术进行治疗,有效提高患者的治疗效率的同时加快其关节运动能力的恢复进度,具有较为显著的临床疗效,值得推广运用。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of humero-ulnar joint isolation technique in treatment of elbow joint dysfunction after the upper limb fracture.Methods 62 cases of patients with elbow joint dysfunction after the upper limb fracture treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each according to the different admission time,and the control group were treated with traditional joint mobilization combined with passive elongation technology,while the observation group were treated with humeral ulnar joint separation technology combined with active functioning training,and the treatment effective rate,ROM and HSS were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(93.35%>67.74%),after treatment,the ROM degree and HSS scores in the observation group were respectively(113.42±24.26)°and(49.62±9.25)points,which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humeral ulnar joint separation technology for patients with elbow joint dysfunction after the upper limb fracture can effectively improve the treatment effective rate and accelerate the recovery rate of joint motor function,and the clinical curative is obvious,and it is worth promotion and application.
