摘要
目的探讨llizarov牵伸技术在非骨源性膝关节僵硬患者康复治疗中的作用。方法选取2013年1月—2017年8月泰安市中心医院收治的非骨源性单膝关节僵硬病程大于8周的患者38例。按照就诊顺序分为治疗组与对照组,各19例。两组患者均进行膝关节康复运动训练、蜡疗及治疗后的冷敷疗法,治疗组在此基础上给予llizarov牵伸技术疗法。比较两组患者治疗前、后第4、8周关节僵硬指标、关节活动指标,并对膝关节采用美国膝关节协会评分系统(KSS)和Berg平衡量表(BBS)进行评分。结果治疗前两组患者上述指标及评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第4、8周治疗组患者VAS评分低于对照组,关节活动度、KSS以及BBS评分显著高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。患者治疗后均未出现关节感染、关节血肿、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症。结论 Ilizarov牵伸技术疗法对非骨源性膝关节僵硬的临床疗效确切,可有效提高关节活动范围,改善关节僵硬程度。
Objective:To explore the role of llizarov drafting technique in rehabilitation therapy for patients with stiff knee joint.Methods:38 patients with single knee joint were admitted to Tai’an City central hospital from January 2013 to October 2017.According to the order of treatment,the treatment group and the control group were divided into 19 cases.The two groups of patients underwent knee joint rehabilitation exercise,waxing therapy and cold compress therapy after treatment,and the treatment group gave the llizarov drafting technique therapy on this basis.Compare two groups of patients before and after 4,8 weeks the joints stiffness index,the main passive joints index,and the knee joint adopts the knee function score(KSS)and Berg balance scale to rate(BBS).Results:The above indexes and scores were compared in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).4,8 weeks after treatment the treatment group patients VAS score lower than the control group,the main passive motion,KSS and BBS score was significantly higher than that of control group,significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.No joint infection,joint hematoma,lower limb deep vein thrombosis and other complications occurred after treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Ilizarov drafting technique on the stiffness of knee joints can effectively improve the range of joint activities and reduce the stiffness of joints.
