摘要
目的:观察肾俞五十七穴电针治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效及其对肝脏CT值的影响。方法:选取非酒精性脂肪肝患者130例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组65例。治疗组采用肾俞五十七穴相关穴位电针治疗,对照组采用辛伐他汀片、水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗。观察治疗前后中医症状、血脂4项、血清ALT、肝脏B超情况计分、肝CT值,统计临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为90.77%、76.92%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症状总积分、B超情况计分、血TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT水平低于对照组,血HDL-C、肝CT值水平高于与对照组,比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肾俞五十七穴电针能较好地改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者临床症状、B超及CT情况,对血脂4项、血清ALT水平有明显的调节作用。
Objective:To observe Shenshu 57 points with electro-acupuncture treatment for non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases(NAFLD)and its influence to liver CT.Methods:130 NAFLD patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=65)and the control group(n=65).The treatment group was treated with some relative 57 Shenshu points by electro-acupuncture;the control group was treated with Simvastatin and Silibin Meglumine.The TCM symptoms,indexes of blood lipids,serum ALT,B-mode ultrasound of liver,and liver CT were observed before and after the treatment to assess the clinical efficacy.Results:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.77%and 76.92%respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,scores of TCM symptoms and ultrasound,as well as the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and ALT were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05);HDL-C level and liver CT value of the treatment group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shenshu 57 points with electro-acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the conditions of ultrasound and CT in NAFLD patients,it also has obvious modulating effect on indexes of blood lipids and serum level of ALT.
