摘要
大数据时代下,应用先进数据库技术实行有效的人力资源管理已经成为一种趋势,关于人力资源绩效管理方面的创新,正成为当前企业发展的重要课题。论文简述了大数据环境下企业管理模式的变化方向,并对未来大数据环境下企业人力资源绩效管理的创新方案做出展望,旨在通过分析大数据时代下市场环境的变化,为企业人力资源绩效管理创新提供更多时效性方案。
Under the era of big data,the application of advanced database technology to implement effective human resource management has become a trend.The innovation of human resource performance management is becoming an important issue in the development of enterprises.This paper briefly introduces the changing direction of enterprise management mode under big data environment,and looks forward to the innovation plan of human resource performance management in the future big data environment.The purpose is to provide more timeliness solutions for human resource performance management innovation by analyzing the changes of market environment in the era of big data.
