摘要
目的观察分析丁溴东莨菪碱联合坦索罗辛辅助体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗肾结石的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月接受治疗的304例肾结石患者进行观察研究,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组152例。对照组在ESWL后给予丁溴东莨菪碱治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合坦索罗辛治疗。回顾性分析两组的临床资料,观察比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组结石完全排出时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分、肾绞痛消失时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁溴东莨菪碱联合坦索罗辛辅助ESWL治疗肾结石可以有效缩短结石完全排出时间及肾绞痛消失时间,降低肾绞痛疼痛程度,同时不增加治疗后的不良反应发生率,临床安全性较好。
Objective To observe and analyze clinical efficacy and safety of Scopolamine Butylbromide combined with Tamsulosin in adjunctive treatment of patients with renal calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods A total of 304 patients with renal calculi admitted during August 2016 and August 2017 were divided into study group(n=152)and control group(n=152)according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with Scopolamine Butylbromide after ESWL,while study group was added with Tamsulosin on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinical data was retrospectively analyzed,and clinical efficacy and incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed and compared in two groups.Results In study group,values of complete lithecbole time of calculi,visual analogue scales score and disappearance time of renal colic were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01);the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Scopolamine Butylbromide combined with Tamsulosin in adjunctive treatment of patients with renal calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy may effectively reduce times of complete lithecbole and renal colic disappear and decrease pain degree of renal colic without increasing incidence rate of adverse reactions with good clinical safety.
