摘要
科学研究是高校的重要职能。学校的整体科研水平是衡量办学层次高低的重要指标。文章以安徽省某高职院校为例,从教师发表的论文,立项的教学与科研项目,出版的专著与教材等三个方面分析高校教师科研现状,从年龄、性别、职称、学历、学科类别等五个影响因素对科研现状进行剖析,教师科研呈现出科研意识淡弱、科研功利性强、科研队伍松散等三个特点。
Scientific research is an important function of college.The overall level of scientific research is an important evaluation index of college level.In this paper,the author made an Analysis on college teachers'scientific research status from three aspects:teacher's paper,declaration of research projects,published monographs and textbook.This paper also analyzed its influence factors from 5 aspects:the teachers’age,gender,title,education,academic categories.Teachers'scientific research shows three characteristics at present:weak research consciousness,strong utilitarian and loose scientific research team.
