摘要
通风柜的排风效果直接影响化学类实验室的实验环境,提出了一种基于STM32F107微处理器的闭环变风量通风柜的面风速控制方案,系统的硬件部分主要由风速测量通道、输出控制通道、超声波测距、人体移动感应、触摸串口屏、RS-485通信模块等组成。软件上通过闭环控制算法,使通风柜控制系统能将排风速度在0.3~0.5m/s范围内进行设置并控制,同时具有良好的人机交互界面,为构造良好的实验环境提供有力的支持。
A wind speed control scheme of variable air volume ventilation cabinet based on STM32 F107 microprocessor with closed loop is proposed in this paper.The hardware part of the system is mainly composed of wind speed measurement channel,output control channel,ultrasonic ranging,human motion sensing,touch screen,RS-485 serial communication module.Through the closed loop control algorithm,the ventilation cabinet control system can set and control the exhaust speed in the range of 0.3~0.5m/s.
