摘要
针对各种数据采集与监控中抗恶劣电磁干扰环境的需求,给出一种基于XTR115的低功耗两线4~20 mA电流环数据传输电路,首先讨论了XTR115的性能特点和工作原理,随后针对其在温度传感器中的典型应用,详细描述了传感器内部电流环的原理电路,给出了典型应用电路的详细设计过程。实际测量结果表明基于XTR115的电流环电路具有抗干扰能力强,数据传输准确的特点,在工业测量中具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the needs of data acquisition and anti-electromagnetic interference environment in monitoring ,this paper introduced a low-power two-wire 4-20mA current loop circuit based on XTR115, firstly, it discussed the performance characteristic and working principles of XTRll5 ,secondly, according to the typical applications in temperature sensor, it described the design processes of the internal current loop circuit and typical application circuit in detail. Actual measurement results show the current loop circuit based on XTR115 has great capacity of resisting disturbance, exact data transmission. It has wide application prospect in industry measurement.
